We are looking for a Patient Counsellor who can effectively bridge communication between clinicians and patients The ideal candidate should have a science background and the ability to clearly explain disease conditions treatment plans and therapy details to patients with empathy and professionalism Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with patients and clinicians to ensure clarity on diagnosis therapy and treatment plans Provide counselling and guidance to patients regarding their medical journey ensuring emotional comfort and understanding Assist clinicians by relaying patient concerns and ensuring smooth coordination between departments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation as per hospital guidelines Educate patients and their families about prescribed treatments follow-ups and preventive care Support patient engagement initiatives and contribute to improving overall patient satisfaction Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Science Pharmacy Nursing or any Life Science field mandatory Prior experience in patient counselling or healthcare communication preferred Robust interpersonal and communication skills Empathetic attitude with the ability to handle sensitive patient situations Confidence in interacting with clinicians and patients Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
