Job Title Flight Booking Executive Location Bangalore Job Type Full time Part-time Remote Experience 1 to 3 year Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Flight Booking Executive to handle domestic and international flight bookings The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service managing travel itineraries and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients Key Responsibilities - Handle flight bookings domestic and international using GDS airline portals or other booking platforms - Provide clients with the best travel options based on their needs preferences and budget - Modify reschedule or cancel flights as per customer requests and airline policies - Keep track of airline updates fare changes refund rules and special deals - Ensure accurate documentation and itinerary details are shared with clients - Manage booking confirmations e-tickets and travel documents - Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for any booking-related issues - Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions - Offer support to clients for visa insurance and other travel-related services if applicable - Handle customer queries via phone email or chat in a professional manner Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in flight booking customer service in the travel industry - Proficiency in using GDS tools such as Amadeus Galileo Sabre or airline portals - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and high level of accuracy - Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Basic knowledge of travel documentation passport visa etc is a plus - Willingness to work in shifts if required Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or a related field - Certification in travel systems e g IATA GDS training Interested candidate can share their resume to hr reev in Job Types Full-time Part-time Permanent Internship Freelance Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid time off Work from home Work Location In person Expected Start Date 08 08 2025
