Key Responsibilities Create conceptual and detailed architectural designs for residential and commercial projects Develop drawings layouts 3D models and presentations using AutoCAD SketchUp Revit or similar tools Ensure all designs comply with local building codes zoning laws and regulatory guidelines Coordinate with clients to understand requirements budget and preferences Collaborate with structural MEP consultants and contractors for seamless execution Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve any design-related issues Prepare BOQs material specifications and participate in vendor coordination when required Handle necessary documentation approvals and design revisions Requirements Bachelor s degree in Architecture B Arch - Master s degree is a plus 3-6 years of experience in commercial and residential projects Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit Photoshop MS Office etc Strong knowledge of building materials construction techniques and current design trends Excellent communication presentation and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
