Core Responsibilities Strategic Sourcing Vendor Management Identify evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors Build long-term partnerships to secure better pricing and ensure supply chain resilience Negotiation Contracting Lead complex negotiations to obtain favorable terms for pricing payment and delivery Draft and manage purchase orders POs and service-level agreements SLAs Cost Control Budgeting Monitor procurement spending against project budgets perform cost-benefit analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities through bulk purchasing or alternative materials Inventory Logistics Coordination Track stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking Coordinate delivery schedules with site teams to ensure materials arrive just-in-time according to the construction timeline Quality Assurance Ensure all procured materials meet technical specifications safety regulations and quality standards e g Bureau of Indian Standards Bidding Tender Management Run the tendering process evaluate Requests for Proposal RFPs and bids and provide cost estimates for project estimators during the pre-construction phase Compliance Risk Management Mitigate supply chain risks e g price volatility delivery delays and ensure all activities comply with legal regulations and company policies Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
