Job Title Tele Caller Inside Sales Location Mumbai Work Mode 6 Days - Work from Office CTC 2 3 - 3 5 LPA Gross Note Maximum hike on fixed CTC is up to 20 Additional performance-based incentives will be provided Interview Rounds Telephonic Virtual Final Face-to-Face Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls assisting customers resolving queries promoting products services and generating leads or sales The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries complaints and service requests Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote products services and offers Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly Follow approved communication scripts and guidelines during calls Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or alternatives Achieve daily weekly and monthly call lead and sales targets Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled communication Escalate complex customer issues to supervisors when required Follow company policies quality standards and compliance procedures Requirements Education Minimum Graduate Experience 0-2 years of experience in telecalling customer service telesales or related roles Freshers can apply Skills Excellent verbal communication in English Hindi and regional languages as required Strong listening and objection-handling skills Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Preferred Skills Positive attitude and patience while handling customers Prior experience in BPO Call Center Telesales is an advantage Willingness to learn product service knowledge and improve performance Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
