We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Operations Executive to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations logistics and team management ensuring seamless order processing inventory management and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the e-commerce platform including order fulfillment inventory management and logistics Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs Monitor order processing shipping and delivery timelines to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with customer service marketing and technical teams to enhance the user experience Manage relationships with suppliers shipping partners and third-party vendors Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Operations Management Supply Chain or a related field Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms order management systems and logistics Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce management tools Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
