Structural Changes in CRM and F O Structural changes related changes are done in both CRM and F O during Quarterly and yearly New HQ customer data is received from the field team and the list is checked and updated in our database Sales hierarchy Area type Area owner updates in the system Managing and updating customer list in CRM The existing customer data update is the process of updating the customer details like address contact number email ID etc in case of any change The field team or direct customer will inform the Data Management Analytics executive to update the changes in CRM Sales Hierarchy Mapping Customers are mapped to each field team member to do the daily reporting in CRM The mapping request is initiated from the field team One customer can map to many divisions but it will only map to one HQ of each Division If any confusion is there in mapping we will take approval from their reporting manager Area Type Master Updates Area and Area Type master updates are done to smoothen the CRM reporting process This will help the field team to implement the Main Area concept while TP planning and reporting This update has a very significant role in Expense Field Team Queries Providing timely solution to field team in managing the customer records in CRM Coordinating with different departments to solve issues raised by field team members Guiding field team for correcting the current process MIS Analysis Preparing different kinds of MIS reports for supporting field team 5S Management of 5S system in workplace Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay From 10 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
