Job Summary The Finance Personnel is responsible for managing and securing working capital facilities from banks and financial institutions The role includes preparing financial documents coordinating with lenders ensuring compliance and optimizing fund utilization This position requires deep knowledge of banking products credit assessment processes and working capital management Key Responsibilities Working Capital Limit Management Assess working capital requirements and prepare proposals for CC OD PC PCFC BG LC and other facilities Prepare CMA data credit notes projections and financial statements for bank submissions Track usage of sanctioned limits and ensure optimal utilization Banking Coordination Facilitate documentation mortgage creation stock audits and compliance submissions Negotiate interest rates charges and terms of sanction with banks Compliance Reporting Ensure timely submission of stock statements insurance and monthly quarterly details as required by the bank Maintain compliance with RBI norms and bank guidelines Documentation Process Management Manage loan documentation security creation and charge registration with ROC Maintain accurate records of facility agreements drawings repayments and bank communications Relationship Management Act as a single point of contact for banks regarding working capital matters Support management during bank meetings site visits and financial discussions Required Qualification Bachelor s degree in Finance Commerce Accounting or related field MBA Finance preferred Solid knowledge of banking products working capital finance and credit appraisal 4-10 years of experience in handling bank limits CMA preparation and fund management Key Skills Expertise in working capital management and bank financing Strong financial analysis ratio analysis and projection skills Proficiency in CMA preparation MS Excel and financial modelling Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Thorough understanding of banking norms and credit policies Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
