We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive who can manage invoicing Tally dispatch coordination and basic logistics work The candidate should have good accounting knowledge and strong coordination skills Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage sales invoices purchase bills and credit debit notes Maintain accounts-related records and update Excel sheets on a daily basis Coordinate dispatches maintain dispatch records and ensure timely delivery Handle logistics coordination with transporters courier partners and customers Maintain stock dispatch registers and support in order processing Assist in basic accounting tasks like ledger updates follow-ups and documentation Maintain filing data entry and reports as required Requirements 1-3 years of experience in accounts Invoicing Tally and dispatch logistics coordination Familiarity with Tally ERP or any accounting software preferred Valuable communication coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel basic computer operations Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 22 500 00 per month Work Location In person
