Job Title Senior HVAC Technician Location Mumbai Pune Work Schedule Monday to Saturday Sunday Off Employment Type Full-time Regular Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior HVAC Technician to lead service and installation activities across commercial and residential sites This role demands technical expertise leadership and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Diagnose repair and maintain HVAC systems including chillers VRF VRV units split ACs AHUs and ventilation systems Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance in line with OEM guidelines and company standards Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal downtime Mentor junior technicians providing on-the-job training and technical guidance Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations Prepare service reports documentation and client feedback summaries Coordinate with clients and project teams for job scheduling and execution Identify system upgrades or improvements and recommend solutions to clients Maintain tools equipment and company vehicle in optimal condition Qualifications Experience ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Electrical or Refrigeration Air Conditioning Engineering 5-8 years of hands-on experience in HVAC servicing and installation Strong understanding of HVAC systems chillers VRF ducted systems Ability to read technical drawings wiring diagrams and manuals Familiarity with control systems and BMS integration preferred F-Gas Refrigerant handling certification preferred OEM training certifications are an advantage Skills Attributes Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Solid communication and customer-handling skills Ability to work independently and manage field operations efficiently Fluency in local languages and English is a plus Benefits Customize this section based on your company s offerings Examples include Leave entitlements PF and ESI coverage Health insurance Travel allowance or pickup drop facility Performance bonuses Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
