Project Role Business Architect Project Role Description Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state capturing high-level requirements and defining business solutions Translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models Support transformation by developing business cases and guiding implementation of key initiatives Must have skills Business Requirements Analysis Good to have skills NA Minimum 5 year s of experience is required Educational Qualification 15 years full time education Summary Seeking an experienced Scrum Master BA who possesses strong Business Analyst skills to facilitate Agile processes and ensure successful project delivery The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of both Scrum methodologies and business analysis techniques enabling them to bridge the gap between development teams and stakeholders effectively As a Business Architect you will define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high-level customer requirements Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs analyzing existing processes and proposing innovative business solutions that align with the client s strategic goals You will also be responsible for developing comprehensive business cases that outline the necessary steps to achieve the envisioned outcomes ensuring that all proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with the client s objectives Roles Responsibilities - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Possess Knowledge of Agile methodologies Scrum Kanban etc - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives - Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization - Remove impediments that hinder the team s progress Skilled Technical Skills - Must To Have Skills Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis - Familiarity with software development processes and practices - Experience in a Business Analyst role with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable requirements - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals - Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to gather insights and feedback - Familiarity with process mapping and modeling techniques and project management tools e g Jira Confluence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in cross functional teams - Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent preferred Additional Information - Overall 8 years Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment at least 2 years - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required 15 years full time education
