Job Title: Account Executive

Location: Jogeshwari East

Experience Required: 35 years

Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (negotiable for suitable candidate)

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CWA Inter

Role Overview: We are seeking a capable and hands-on Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role requires practical knowledge of accounting software, GST/TDS compliance, and the ability to independently handle core accounting functions with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Financial Records

• Maintain accurate day-to-day financial records using Tally

• Process vendor invoices, employee claims, customer billing, manage A/Cs payable & receivable.

• Prepare trial balance, P&L;, balance sheet, and MIS reports.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.

2. Statutory Compliance

• Prepare and file monthly and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation).

• Compute, deduct, and file TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.), including issuance of Form 16 / 16A.





• Liaise with consultants for statutory filings, reconciliations, and compliance notices.

3. Audit & Reporting

• Support statutory, GST, and tax audits with schedules and documentation.

• Ensure timely closure of accounts and compliance with audit observations.

4. Process & Team Support

• Assist in improving accounting processes, MIS and internal controls.

• Coordinate with management, auditors, and consultants for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile:

• 36 years of relevant accounting experience in SME / mid-size organizations.

• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

• Proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel.

• Sound understanding of accounting standards and audit processes.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

• Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
