Job Location - Goregaon East, Infinity IT Park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer verification and KYC follow-up
- Scrutiny of proposal documents
- Policy login and issuance within TAT
- Coordination with UW/IT/Sales/Medicals
- Data maintenance in Excel
- ECS and renewal calling for E-insurance
- Handling branch queries, RCU, and complaint cases
