Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with mutual fund-related information and services.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
- Build positive customer relationships and enhance customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation is Mandatory
- Freshers and candidates with 06 months of experience can apply.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- NISM Series V-A Certification preferred.

Bonus Payout Structure:
- 5,000 upon completion of 30 days
