Role: Associate Vice President - Finance & Accounts (Financial Planning & Analysis)

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Monitor key business and financial metrics, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in strategic planning and business performance reviews.

Financial & Management Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results.
- Develop and enhance management reporting dashboards and MIS reports.
- Present financial analysis and business insights through impactful presentations.

Accounting & Controllership

- Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and regulatory requirements.
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, and accounting records.
- Strengthen internal controls and governance processes.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting requirements.

Stakeholder Management





- Partner with business leaders to understand financial implications of operational decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting accuracy and financial processes.
- Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and decision support.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- 5-10 years of experience in FP&A;, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, or Controllership functions.
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial planning, reporting, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to automation and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar platforms.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in managing senior leadership reporting and board-level presentations.
