Role & responsibilities

Deliver & Engage:

Conduct high-quality, discovery-led demos and engaging workshops (e.g., Apple Intelligence, Mac for Students, iPhone Switchers, Productivity & Ecosystem use cases) for diverse customer groups, from small gatherings to larger audiences.

Develop Content:

Create and adapt training materials based on evolving product features and customer needs.

Feedback Collection & Analysis:

Proactively gather customer feedback on training sessions through surveys, direct interaction, and other mechanisms. Analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement and report findings.

Efficacy Evaluation:

Regularly assess the efficacy of training content and delivery methods, making recommendations for enhancements to optimise learning outcomes and business impact.

Track & Analyze Impact:

Monitor engagement sessions,



attendance, customer satisfaction, and correlate with Apple product sales uplift, facilitating smooth hand-offs to the store team for assisted buying.

Content Mastery:

- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Apple products, services, and training materials to ensure accurate and up-to-date information delivery.
- Also possess the ability to create and adapt training materials based on evolving product features and customer needs.
