About the Opportunity
Wrixty Services is looking for Freelance HR Recruiters who want to work remotely with flexible working hours and earn based on successful candidate joining.
This opportunity is suitable for freelance recruiters, HR professionals, ex-recruiters, and people who want to start working independently in recruitment.
There is no fixed salary and no mandatory daily working schedule. You can work according to your availability and earn commission based on successful closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, references and other channels.
- Screen candidates according to the job requirements provided by our team.
- Explain job opportunities and basic requirements to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain regular communication until interview, selection and joining.
- Work on recruitment requirements assigned by Wrixty Services.
