We are seeking an experienced and highly organized People AI Transformation Contractor to join the current project team to drive strategic initiatives for executing the People AI initiatives. The ideal candidate drives the full programme lifecycle — from process discovery and AI opportunity mapping through to business case development, solution design, pilot, and rollout — working in close partnership with Technology, HRBPs, and business leaders.

The candidate is expected to own the initiative narrative, translate business needs into actionable requirements and facilitate stakeholder engagements independently. The ideal candidate brings together deep HR process expertise, genuine AI literacy, and the consultative edge to challenge the status quo and drive adoption in a matrixed environment.

This role reports to SVP People Technology, Global and is a 12 months renewable contract.

Key responsibilities:

Programme Ownership and Delivery

- Lead end-to-end programme management for the AI Enablement Initiative — spanning discovery, business case development, stakeholder alignment, solution design, pilot, and rollout.
- Develop a phased transformation roadmap with measurable KPIs, ROI projections, and clear adoption milestones tied to business outcomes.
- Establish programme governance, reporting cadences, and risk management frameworks to ensure accountability across all workstreams.
- Proactively identify blockers and risks — escalating to leadership with clear options,



not just problems.

HR Process Assessment and AI Opportunity Mapping

- Conduct structured, end-to-end assessments of core HR processes — including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, learning and development, and the full employee lifecycle.
- Identify and prioritise high-impact AI and automation opportunities across the HR value chain, mapped to business readiness and technology feasibility.
- Ensure the AI Enablement roadmap aligns with broader People technology strategy, including SuccessFactors optimisation and transformation timelines.
- Drive proactive use case generation — actively creating them through stakeholder engagement and gap analysis.

Stakeholder Engagement and Facilitation

- Serve as the primary interface between the AI Enablement team and key stakeholders — HRBPs, Technology leads, and business leaders.
- Design and facilitate discovery workshops, working sessions, and co-creation engagements independently, with minimal direction from senior leadership.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and programme updates with clarity and narrative structure that drives decision-making.

Technology Collaboration and Tool Evaluation

- Translate HR business requirements into explicit, structured briefs for the Technology and Engineering team — bridging the gap between HR context and technical execution.
- Work in close partnership with the Technology team on AI tool evaluation, feasibility assessments, and implementation planning.
- Support UAT, change management planning,



and adoption enablement to ensure solutions land effectively with end users.

Key requirements:

- 8–12+ years of experience in HR technology consulting, or HR transformation programmes, with AI tools/ features implementation.
- Deep, hands-on understanding of core HR processes across the complete hire-to-retire lifecycle.
- Proven track record of writing functional/business specifications and translating complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.
- Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts as applied to HR — including predictive analytics, process automation, and Generative AI use cases.
- Familiarity with at least one major enterprise HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent).
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
- Prior experience in consulting or advisory roles
