- Single Point of Contact for all SAP and IT needs for HR Department.
- Implementation and maintenance of multiple modules of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, responsible for complete Life Cycle implementations on-going and planned.
- Budget Planning and Ownership
- Team Management - In-house and vendors
- Stakeholder and Vendor management aligned with business outcomes.
Preferred candidate profile
- SAP HCM leader with at least 17 + years of experience in IT / SAP.
- Hard-core SAP Technical resource with multiple SAP Successfactors and SAP HR Implementation and Configuration experience.
- Should have SAP-on-Premises experience.
- Experience with AI/Automation BOTS tools
- Industry experience in HR transformation projects across wide-ranging industries.
- Should have managed large teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
