We are looking for an AI Product Intern who is passionate about building AI-powered products and solving real business problems using Generative AI and workflow automation. The ideal candidate enjoys experimenting with the latest AI tools, researching emerging technologies, and converting ideas into working prototypes.

What You'll Work On

You'll get an chance to build and experiment with real-world AI solutions, including:

- Developing chat and voice bots using internal knowledge bases and policy documents
- Creating AI agents to automate Excel processing and SAP workflows
- Designing onboarding automation for schools using Excel-based templates on our LMS
- Building internal productivity tools using LLMs and AI agents
- Researching and evaluating the latest AI models, frameworks, and automation platforms for business use cases

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Automation

- Design and develop AI-powered chatbots and task automation agents using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) into business workflows
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using documents, Google Drive, Excel, and databases
- Automate repetitive workflows using APIs and tools such as n8n, Make, and Zapier
- Prototype AI-powered solutions rapidly and iterate based on feedback

Product Thinking & Research

- Research the latest AI tools, models, frameworks, and industry trends




- Evaluate AI products and recommend suitable solutions for business use cases
- Identify manual processes within the organization that can be automated using AI
- Analyze user problems and translate them into AI-powered product ideas
- Conduct competitor research and benchmark AI capabilities across products
- Document experiments, learnings, and implementation recommendations

Collaboration

- Work closely with Product, HR, Operations, Engineering, and Design teams
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify automation opportunities
- Present demos, findings, and proof-of-concepts to stakeholders
- Contribute to product documentation, workflows, and AI implementation guidelines
