Design cum Estimation Engineer -

Role & responsibilities

1. Making of Co profile, presentations, Organizational charts, etc. in PPT as & when required.
2. Receive & assess Customer enquiry/ Drawing.
3. Estimation for bending sheet profile layout for installation & BOQ.
4. Make concept drawing (using AutoCAD & other software) & layout as per enquiry & get client approval.
5. Make BOQ & hardware schedule as per approved drawing.
6. After site visit (or as recommended), rework hardware solutions.
7. Include a glass profile after getting the measurement at the site & make an appropriate drawing/layout.

SECONDARY- PROJECT Assessment & EXECUTION (under Operations Manager)
Stage I: Pre/Upon Customer Order. Stage II: Post Order/Pre-Installation
1. Read & assess final drawings carefully.
2. Check & Arrange resources (man & material) for the site as per the list & as per site/customer/condition.
3. Check material for use in this project (otherwise initiate procurement).
4.



Set a time timeline/schedule with stages.
5. Plan man power & tools entry & exit.
6. Recommend/Conclude & obtain client approval for execution.
7. After completing work, arrange return material & all Co. property, fill site report/completion form & obtain acceptance & completion certificate.
8. Follow up for outstanding or disputed payments due.
9. Any other work/Target as assigned, in line with your Qualifications, experience & skills.

Diploma in Mech/Civil/Arch, Draughtsman (Civil), having 2-5 yrs. exp. in the field of Interior & Architectural products & Hardware for Doors & Windows., Proficient in AutoCAD,2D and 3D, CorelDraw, Photoshop Rendering, knowledge of BIM & Revit, etc Positive Knowledge of MS Office & preparing BOQ, Shop Drawing, and Door Hardware Schedule.
