- Hiring for |Team Lead - Manager |Thane| (Civil, Structural & PEB) international consulting and engineering company that provides top-level expert services, products and turnkey solutions to marine, shipbuilding, machinery, energy, process and pharmaceutical industries.
- Looking for Team Lead - Manager (15+ years of experience in industrial structural projects, In-depth knowledge in structural design, engineering & execution, preparing, checking & approval of drawings, calculations, site coordination, contractors selection, Vendor coordination, Quality Inspection, Quantity & Bills certification)

Required Qualifications & Skills : -

- 1) Hands-on and in-depth knowledge of Structural designs for Industrial projects
- 2) Coordination with appointed Civil contractor/s. Quality & quantity Checking, approving his drawings etc.
- 3) Performs a leadership role for technical, organizational and supervisory role in the structural discipline
- 4) Project planning & scheduling in terms of the Structural design & execution work
- 5) Assisting with technical clarification, discussions, directions, instructions,



supervision & trouble shooting (if required) to the execution team/s at site as per the approved design & drawings
- 6) Typical work activities :- Work activities vary depending on the type of employers and nature of the project but typically involve:
- a) Finalization of Civil & structural drawings
- b) acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;
- c) setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
- d) checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;
- e) managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client/architect;
- f) liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
- g) preparing reports as required;
- h) Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

Qualification : - ME (Structural) Or BE (Civil)
