Selenium Automation Testing - Part-Time Instructor Type Part-Time Instructor Expected Hours 2 hours per week Commercials 600 - 800 per hour Mode Remote We are seeking an experienced Selenium Automation Testing Instructor with strong hands-on expertise in designing developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for web applications The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of Selenium WebDriver automation frameworks CI CD integration and modern QA practices along with strong mentoring skills This is a part time instructor role where you will train learners using real-world use cases and help them master automation testing tools and techniques Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and practical sessions on Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks Develop execute and maintain automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver Teach and implement frameworks such as Page Object Model POM Data-Driven Keyword-Driven Hybrid Frameworks Integrate test scripts with TestNG JUnit for modular and structured test execution Guide learners through automation setup framework architecture reusable components and best practices Teach locator strategies waits exception handling browser handling and web interactions Provide exposure to API automation basics preferred Integrate automated tests with CI CD tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI Teach version control with Git GitHub including branching and merging workflows Mentor students through assignments projects and code reviews Conduct doubt-solving sessions and prepare learners for industry interviews Share best practices on automation strategy test design and optimisation Required Skills Experience 6 years of hands-on experience in Selenium Automation Testing Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for web test automation Expertise in Java or Python for automation scripting Java preferred In-depth knowledge of XPath advanced locator strategies Wait strategies Explicit Fluent Alerts windows frames dropdowns and browser handling Exception handling and reporting Robust understanding of TestNG JUnit including parallel execution and reporting Experience in building scalable frameworks POM Data-Driven Hybrid Familiarity with Maven Gradle for project management and dependency handling Experience with API Testing tools Postman RestAssured preferred Strong knowledge of Git GitHub and version control best practices Experience integrating automation with CI CD pipelines Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI Practical experience using Jira Azure DevOps or other bug-tracking tools Understanding of Agile Scrum testing methodologies Excellent communication presentation and mentoring skills Prior training or teaching experience is a plus Job Type Part-time Remote Experience Total Work Experience 6 years Required Selenium Automation Testing Required Job Type Part-time Pay 600 00 - 800 00 per hour Experience total work 2 years Required Work Location Remote
