Position Store Manager The company is expanding its retail presence in India with stores in Mumbai and Bangalore The brand offers thoughtfully crafted collections that blend timeless heritage with contemporary design across clothing accessories footwear and nursery categories Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations including cash handling inventory management and general store upkeep Manage and optimize inventory levels ensuring accurate stock records Lead the recruitment training and development of retail team members fostering a motivated and customer-focused team Drive store sales and profitability through effective sales strategies Maintain and safeguard store assets and equipment Ensure high-quality in-store visual merchandising aligned with brand standards Resolve customer issues with professionalism and tact ensuring an excellent shopping experience Plan and execute stock replenishments and manage stock movement efficiently Candidate Qualifications Skill Requirements 5-8 years of experience with an international retail brand including at least 2 years in a managerial role Exceptional customer service skills with strong communication abilities Highly organized with a meticulous approach to store management and operations Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and store KPIs A bachelor s degree is required an MBA or Diploma in Retail Management is a plus but not mandatory Job Location Mumbai Bangalore Reporting to Operations Manager OM Job Type Full time Pay Up to 80 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
