We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Resident Medical Officer RMO to join our healthcare team at TruVita Wellness As an RMO you will provide high-quality patient care assist with medical procedures and support senior medical staff in daily hospital operations The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care proactive in responding to medical emergencies and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a rapid-paced environment Key Responsibilities Patient Care Provide initial medical assessments and care to patients in the hospital including taking patient histories conducting physical examinations and diagnosing common ailments Monitor and manage patient conditions making recommendations for treatment or referrals as necessary Assist in medical procedures and interventions as required under the supervision of senior doctors Regularly review patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Emergency Response Respond promptly to emergency cases and assist in resuscitation stabilizing patients and providing emergency treatment Provide immediate care in critical situations and transfer patients to specialized departments as needed Collaboration Work closely with consultants specialists and other healthcare staff to ensure comprehensive care for all patients Communicate effectively with nursing staff ensuring proper implementation of care plans and follow-up care Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records documenting assessments treatments and interventions Prepare reports for senior medical officers or consultants regarding patient status progress and treatment recommendations Administration Participate in departmental meetings case discussions and clinical reviews Assist with patient admissions discharges and referrals as required Continuous Learning Stay updated on medical advancements treatment protocols and hospital procedures Participate in training programs workshops and seminars to enhance medical knowledge and skills Qualifications Education MBBS Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery from a recognized institution Valid medical license to practice in Country Region Experience Freshers or medical professionals with up to 2 years of experience in a hospital setting are encouraged to apply Previous internship or clinical experience in a hospital is an advantage Skills and Competencies Strong clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills Ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle medical emergencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Empathy and compassion towards patients Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare staff Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 25 662 88 - 71 514 39 per month Application Question s We re also looking for a Co-Founder would you be interested in enterpreneurship and partner role Are you comfortable with on-site Chennai Location Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
