Responsible for installation and alignment of Module Mounting Structures MMS for MW-scale ground-mounted solar projects including coordination of civil execution teams and adherence to quality and safety standards Core Responsibilities Read and interpret MMS GA drawings layout and structural design to execute foundations and structure installation as per approved designs Ensure exact alignment tilt spacing and level of MMS structures using appropriate tools theodolite auto level measuring tapes to meet project tolerances Plan and supervise daily work fronts for civil and MMS erection teams excavation PCC RCC anchor bolts structure assembly to achieve target progress Inspect completed MMS works for quality torque tightening and basic earthing anchoring checks and record daily progress and issues Experience Requirements 3-5 years of experience in MW-scale ground-mounted solar projects focused on MMS or structural installation Prior experience working with a Solar EPC company or IPP on utility-scale solar project Additional Competencies Exposure to rooftop solar structure installation and small-scale projects Basic civil works understanding foundations concreting rebar levels backfilling Computer proficiency for email basic Excel Word and daily documentation Experience in preparing or updating site checklists daily progress reports and basic material reconciliation notes Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
