Experience 10 years in the Fabrication Industry is mandatory Must have 7 to 8 years of experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication Industries Job Location Halol Department P P C Qualification BE B Tech Mechanical Key Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain the Master Production Schedule MPS based on sales plans sales forecasts inventory levels and capacity constraints Conduct feasibility reviews of the sales plan against installed capacity on a month-wise week-wise and product-wise basis Collaborate with the Sales and Project teams to review and validate the sales plan Prepare review and release Plan vs Actual performance reports weekly monthly for all workstations including analysis of delays and root-cause identification Apply principles of Lean Manufacturing for continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes Utilize backward planning techniques to meet customer required dates effectively Perform capacity planning capacity leveling and line balancing to optimize resource utilization Coordinate closely with production supervisors and planners to ensure daily and weekly schedules are met Define monitor and review KPIs for production planners to ensure planning efficiency and accuracy Identify and analyze production bottlenecks recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance throughput and reduce cycle time Work extensively on ERP systems for planning scheduling and tracking Key Skills Competencies Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to guide and motivate the planning team Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making Solid problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in critical situations Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across cross-functional teams
