- Shuttering Foreman Company Meher Foundations Civil Engineers Private Limited Project Location Grant Road Mumbai Position Shuttering Foreman Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Shuttering Foreman to join our team at Meher Foundations Civil Engineers Private Limited The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating shuttering work at construction sites ensuring adherence to quality safety and project timelines Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all shuttering activities on construction sites Ensure shuttering work is carried out as per design quality standards and project specifications Manage teams of carpenters and workers providing guidance and support as needed Inspect formwork scaffolding and shuttering materials for proper use and safety compliance Plan daily activities and allocate manpower effectively to meet project schedules Coordinate with engineers supervisors and project managers to ensure timely completion of work Maintain records of work progress material usage and daily activities Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote safe work practices at site Preferred Candidate Profile The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of shuttering formwork and scaffolding in construction projects including high-rise residential commercial and industrial projects Leadership problem-solving and communication skills are essential Qualifications Experience Education 10th Pass 12th Pass Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred Experience 8-12 years of relevant experience in shuttering and formwork Aluminium Mivan supervision Salary Range depending on experience and skill set Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Work Location In person
