Location Gurgaon About the Role The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day franchise and store operations ensuring process compliance and supporting smooth functioning across all REVIVO outlets This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and franchise partners Key Responsibilities Monitor daily operations of stores and franchise units Ensure adherence to SOPs quality and service standards Coordinate with supervisors riders and staff for issue resolution Track orders delivery timelines and customer satisfaction Maintain reports on inventory chemicals and packaging usage Assist in training manpower and ensuring compliance with company policies Support management in process improvements and operational efficiency Requirements Graduate in Business Operations or related field 1-3 years of experience in operations retail service industry preferred Strong communication problem-solving and multitasking skills Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Work Location In person
