Senior Recruitment officer HR - Female Job description We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Expert to lead and optimize our Non-IT recruitment processes This role is critical in identifying attracting and hiring top talent to support the company s growth and culture The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sourcing employer branding candidate engagement and full-cycle recruitment for various functions and levels Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Hiring Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles from job scoping to onboarding ensuring a seamless candidate experience Strategic Sourcing Proactively source talent via job boards social media referrals and talent pipelines to attract both active and passive candidates Screening Evaluation Conduct resume reviews interviews and assessments to evaluate skills cultural fit and alignment with role requirements Job Marketing Write and post optimized inclusive job ads across platforms collaborate on employer branding efforts to attract top talent Branch Collaboration Partner with reporting managers across branches to understand hiring needs define job profiles and advise on market trends and strategies Offer Onboarding Manage offer negotiations pre-boarding communication and ensure smooth transitions for new hires Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in a senior recruitment expert role is must Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles and levels Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced high-growth environment Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Preferred Skills Experience in high-volume Non-IT recruitment Familiarity with competency-based interviewing techniques Strong focus on diversity and inclusive hiring practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Experience Recruitment 4 years Required Location Gandhipuram Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person
