We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Relationship Officer with prior experience in the matrimony or matchmaking industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships understanding their preferences and offering personalized matchmaking services Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and provide guidance throughout the matchmaking process Build strong rapport with clients to understand their expectations and preferences Shortlist and share suitable matches based on client profiles Follow up with clients regularly to ensure high levels of satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations Maintain updated records of interactions and outcomes Team Leadership Requirements Proven experience in the matrimony matchmaking industry is highly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service orientation with patience and empathy Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools Lead and manage team to achieve results and ensure service quality Job Type Full time Pay 14 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden) Application Deadline 05 08 2025
