We are hiring Injection Moulding Operator Supervisor for our reputative client in Mohali Interested candidates may send resume to oasisplacement450 gmail com Candidates must have at least 2 to 4 year of experience in a manufacturing Industry An Injection Moulding Operator Supervisor in manufacturing ensures efficient high-quality production by operating monitoring and troubleshooting injection moulding machines Key responsibilities include setting up machines maintaining quality standards managing operators and staff performing routine maintenance and repairs and ensuring workplace safety and compliance The role requires solid knowledge of moulding processes problem-solving skills and the ability to lead a team to meet production targets and minimize waste Responsibilities Machine Operation and Setup Set up monitor and operate injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts Quality Control Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards identify defects like warping and flashing and implement corrective actions Production Management Monitor production metrics manage raw material supply and ensure the team meets output and delivery targets Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve machine or moulding process issues and adjust process parameters temperature pressure cycle time to optimize efficiency Team Leadership Supervisor Lead mentor and train operators and other staff assign daily tasks monitor performance and enforce workplace discipline Maintenance Coordinate with maintenance teams for routine checks and repairs to ensure uninterrupted production Safety and Compliance Enforce safety protocols hygiene standards and compliance with health and environmental regulations Continuous Improvement Implement strategies to reduce waste optimize cycle times and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the production process Record Keeping Maintain production records shift reports and downtime logs Key Skills and Qualifications Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of injection moulding machines equipment materials and processes Problem-Solving Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address production issues Leadership Experience in a supervisory role with the ability to lead motivate and train a team Quality Assurance Knowledge of quality control procedures and methods for resolving defects Communication Ability to collaborate with other departments such as maintenance quality and supply chain Safety Awareness Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
