We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an Industry Partnership Apprenticeship Coordination Executive This role involves actively coordinating with existing industry partners and maintaining solid professional relationships to facilitate apprenticeship placements for students enrolled in the Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program AEDP Coordinate with existing industry partners to facilitate one-year apprenticeship placements for AEDP students Maintain and nurture healthy professional relationships with company HR and management teams Schedule and manage regular meetings follow-ups and communications with industry stakeholders Draft and send professional emails including bulk communication using mail merge tools Maintain accurate records of interactions placement status and follow-ups Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely support and updates to industry partners Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and ensure their timely and successful completion Support in placement reporting documentation and data sharing as required Continuously seek feedback from industry partners and resolve coordination issues promptly Collect Success Stories Testimonials and coordinate with IT team for better social media outreach of AEDP program Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 14 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday
