Job Title Guest Relations Executive with Marketing Sales Skills Location Bandra West Industry Hospitality Food Beverage Restaurant Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive who also possesses robust marketing and sales skills The ideal candidate will be the face of our establishment ensuring an exceptional guest experience while also contributing to promotional activities and driving business growth Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests warmly ensuring a memorable and personalized experience Handle guest reservations inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty Promote ongoing offers events and new menu items to drive customer engagement and sales Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution social media promotions and guest feedback initiatives Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction Assist in upselling products and services including special events gift cards and premium offerings Maintain daily guest interaction reports and support CRM initiatives Represent the brand at external marketing or promotional events as needed Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Marketing or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in guest relations hospitality or customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales orientation and marketing understanding Well-groomed professional appearance and a pleasant personality Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments gracefully Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of social media marketing Preferred Qualities Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry Familiarity with CRM tools or guest management systems Passion for people food and service Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Work Location In person
