Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge The ideal candidate will have experience in both inside and outside sales with a strong background in high-end retail environments A passion for interior design renovation and construction will be beneficial as you assist customers in selecting the perfect products for their needs Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits Utilize software tools such as SketchUp and CAD for layout design and lighting design Manage account relationships through effective communication and follow-up Upsell products by identifying opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction Maintain an organized sales floor through stocking merchandising and inventory management Process transactions accurately using POS systems while ensuring cash handling procedures are followed Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales with a focus on high-end products preferred Solid communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage diverse customers multilingual skills are a plus Knowledge of renovation remodeling interior design or construction is advantageous Proficiency in retail math for accurate pricing and inventory management Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to negotiate effectively to close sales while maintaining customer relationships Familiarity with lighting sales or maintenance is beneficial A proactive approach to learning about new products and market trends Join our team as a Sales Associate where your passion for sales and design can flourish while providing outstanding service to our valued customers Job Type Full-time Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Language English Preferred Work Location In person
