Job Title Mixologist Location Moira Goa Experience Minimum 3 Years Salary As per market standards Industry Hospitality - Bar Restaurant Pre-opening Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are hiring a passionate and skilled Mixologist to join our pre-opening team for an upscale Bar Restaurant in Moira The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting cocktails mocktails and bar operations You will play a key role in designing the beverage program training bar staff and delivering exceptional guest experiences from the very first service Key Responsibilities Design and develop a unique and engaging cocktail mocktail menu Set up the bar infrastructure for the pre-opening including sourcing barware and setting SOPs Conduct R D on ingredients infusions garnishes and seasonal drink offerings Ensure consistency in drink quality presentation and service standards Train and guide bar staff on recipes techniques and service etiquette Maintain inventory control ordering and stock rotation of spirits and bar supplies Engage with guests to provide a personalized and memorable bar experience Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and licensing regulations Collaborate with the culinary and service teams for food beverage pairings Support in pre-opening activities including menu tastings dry runs and soft launches Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Mixologist or Senior Bartender Strong knowledge of spirits liqueurs bitters techniques and cocktail history Experience working in a standalone bar fine-dining or premium hospitality setting Creative flair with excellent presentation and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must be proactive team-oriented and guest-focused Preferred Qualifications Certification in Bartending or Mixology e g WSET Spirits BarSmarts IBA Local candidates or those familiar with Goa s hospitality market preferred Experience in pre-opening is a robust advantage Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Application Question s Mension your Current Monthly CTC How many days is your notice Period Work Location In person
