1 Job Purpose Overview Will drive sales growth and maintain customer relationships in Pune Maharashtra Goa for Aquarius s product portfolio including boom pumps line pumps and batching plants for RMC The role involves achieving sales targets providing technical support to customers and expanding the company s market presence in the region 2 Key Responsibilities Sales Business Development Identify and target potential customers in Pune Maharashtra Goa to promote the company s products Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets in alignment with the company s goals Conduct market research to identify current opportunities and customer needs Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers ensuring a high level of satisfaction Act as the first point of contact for customers in Pune Maharashtra Goa providing product information pricing and technical support Conduct regular site visits to understand customer requirements and provide customised solutions Dealer Coordination Work closely with local dealer in Pune Maharashtra Goa to enhance sales and market penetration Sales Reporting Forecasting Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports including pipeline updates and sales forecasts Track competitor activities and market trends providing actionable insights to the Regional Sales Manager Technical Support Demonstrations Arrange product demonstrations and presentations for customers and dealers Collaborate with the technical and service teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution 3 Required Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field MBA is a plus Experience Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the construction equipment or heavy machinery industry Familiarity with the Pune Maharashtra Goa market and customer base is an advantage Special Skills Proficiency Hindi English Marathi 4 Competencies Core Competencies Technical Competencies Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and result-oriented with the ability to work independently Technical knowledge of construction equipment particularly boom pumps line pumps and batching plants for RMC 5 Working Conditions Work Environment Mix of travel and office 6 CTC 5 LPA Job Type Full-time Pay 400 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Work Location In person
