Section Details Job Title OPD RMO Department Clinical Department Reports To IVF Coordinator Job Summary The OPD RMO at Progenesis IVF Center is responsible for assisting in the provision of medical care to patients undergoing fertility treatments This role involves supporting clinical procedures managing patient interactions and ensuring high standards of patient care and safety Roles and Responsibilities Details Patient Care and Consultation -Conduct initial consultations and follow-up appointments with patients -Provide detailed explanations of diagnostic tests procedures and treatment plans -Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism Diagnostic and Clinical Procedures - Assist in performing and interpreting diagnostic procedures such as ultrasounds and hormonal assessments - Support the IVF and IUI procedures including Mock embryo transfers and related processes - Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures and patient interactions Prescription and Medication Management - Write and review prescriptions for fertility medications as per guidance by consultants - Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust dosages as necessary - Add specific remarks and instructions to prescriptions as per guidance by consultants to ensure clarity and proper administration Investigations and Test Explanations - Explain the purpose and process of various diagnostic tests to patients - Interpret and discuss test results with patients providing guidance on the next steps - Stay updated with the latest research and apply findings to improve patient outcomes Donor and Recipient Coordination - Coordinate and match donors with recipients based on compatibility - Screen and select suitable egg donors following ethical guidelines - Monitor donor health and response to stimulation protocols Sonography Assistance - Assist with ultrasound procedures and record findings - Provide real-time support during sonographic assessments - Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of sonography results Telephonic and Online Communication - Handle patient inquiries and provide information over the phone or online platforms - Schedule appointments and follow-up consultations - Offer telephonic counseling and support as needed Antenatal Care ANC Management - Conduct antenatal scans for pregnant patients and report findings - Ensure accurate documentation of all ANC scans and findings - Refer patients to specialists or higher-level care when necessary Sperm Freezing and Preservation - Explain the sperm freezing process to patients - Collect and prepare sperm samples for freezing - Coordinate with patients for consents required for the same and ensuring the payment for the same - Coordinating with andrology department and OPD coordinators for further processing Administrative Duties - Use electronic medical records EMR systems and fertility clinic management software for patient data entry appointment scheduling and tracking treatment plans - Collaborate with different teams within the clinic nursing lab administrative to ensure comprehensive patient care - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient support groups and educational sessions - Assist for Various Outreach Camps and OPD s Data Management - Utilize Google Sheets for data entry and patient tracking - Share and update treatment plans with the clinical team - Ensure data accuracy confidentiality and compliance with medical records standards Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s What is your Current CTC What is your Expected CTC what is your Notice Period Language Marathi Required Location Kalyan-Dombivli Maharashtra Required Work Location In person
