Roles Responsibilities Liaise with government departments PSUs local authorities and regulatory bodies Build and maintain relationships with officials in PCB Municipal Corporations Water Authorities and other departments Coordinate for approvals clearances site inspections and documentation Relation building and project winning from EPC Contractor Identify and track government tenders related to ETP STP WTP and environmental projects Coordinate internally for tender documentation technical inputs and commercial submissions Ensure timely submission of tenders and compliance with tender conditions Handle pre-bid meetings clarifications and corrigendum Coordinate preparation and submission of DPRs for government and PSU projects Collect required data from technical finance and project teams for DPR preparation Ensure DPR compliance with government guidelines tender requirements and approval formats Follow up with authorities for DPR review approval and revisions Support project execution teams during government project implementation Coordinate for work orders agreements billing approvals and payment follow-ups Assist in handling audits inspections and compliance documentation Ensure adherence to government norms tender rules and statutory requirements Maintain records of Tender documents DPR submissions Approvals correspondence Contracts agreements Skills Strong knowledge of government tendering processes Understanding of DPR structure for water wastewater projects Familiarity with ETP STP WTP projects Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple departments and stakeholders Strong follow-up and documentation discipline Qualification o Graduate Post-Graduate Engineering Environmental Commerce preferred o Diploma or certification in environmental engineering or project management is an advantage Experience o 3-8 years of experience in Government Liaisoning Tender handling DPR coordination Infrastructure Environment EPC projects Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 55 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
