Key Responsibilities - Marketplace Operations Manage day-to-day operations on marketplaces such as Amazon Flipkart Nykaa Meesho and other relevant platforms Create optimize and maintain product listings including titles descriptions keywords images and pricing Coordinate with content design and warehouse teams for catalog updates and inventory planning Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs Track sales performance conversions and marketplace reports Handle order processing returns refunds and customer escalations Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines Ads Performance Marketing Responsibilities Mandatory Have working knowledge of marketplace ads Amazon Ads Flipkart Ads Nykaa Ads etc Assist in planning execution and optimization of ad campaigns across marketplaces Support and manage performance marketing on Google Ads and Meta Ads Facebook Instagram Monitor ad spends ROAS ACOS CPC and conversion metrics Coordinate with agencies or internal performance teams for campaign execution and optimization Support promotional activities offers and sale events across platforms Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
