MS Group parent company of My Seeds is implementing Microsoft Business Central as a group-wide cloud-based ERP solution across four seed companies We are looking for a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Head to act as the single core ERP authority for the entire organization This role is not just a trainer or data entry role This is a long-term leadership position responsible for owning the ERP system end-to-end acting as the bridge between internal teams and our Microsoft partner Consultant and driving operational intelligence adoption and continuous improvement Key Responsibilities ERP Ownership Leadership Act as the Chief ERP Lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across all 4 group companies Own the complete ERP ecosystem configuration data integrity workflows controls and reporting Lead the ERP transition stabilization and optimization phase Consultant Partner Coordination Act as the single point of contact between MS Group and ERP Vendor Get fully trained by the implementation partner and absorb all functional technical knowledge Translate business requirements into ERP logic and ensure accurate execution Functional Expertise All Modules Mandatory Procurement Purchase Management Sales Distribution Inventory Warehouse Management Process Transfers Inter-company Movements Logistics Dispatch Finance Accounting Controls Reporting Dashboards Analytics Training Organization Enablement Act as the sole ERP lead trainer for all departments users and Employees Train teams on process discipline data entry accuracy and best practices Create SOPs training documents and role-wise ERP workflows Data Analysis Business Intelligence Analyze ERP reports to track Stock movement Sales vs production Outstanding receivables payables Process inefficiencies and bottlenecks Provide weekly updates to management highlighting Red flags Process gaps Data inconsistencies Improvement opportunities Operational Monitoring Monitor real-time ERP usage across departments Ensure data accuracy compliance and audit readiness Actively flag deviations from defined ERP processes Ideal Candidate Profile Mandatory Requirements Strong hands-on expertise 5 Years experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Tally End-to-end understanding of all ERP modules Prior experience as ERP Lead ERP Manager ERP Consultant in-house Ability to independently handle ERP operations without dependency Immediate or short-notice availability DO NOT APPLY IF You do not have hands-on Microsoft Business Central experience You have only worked on Tally SAP without BC or generic ERPs You are looking only for a training or support role Preferred Background Strong Plus Experience in Seeds Agriculture FMCG or Manufacturing Prior experience managing ERP for multi-company or group structures Exposure to inventory-heavy logistics-driven businesses What We Offer Long-term leadership role with high ownership Direct exposure to top management Opportunity to build and lead a group-level ERP system from the core Strategic role beyond routine ERP operations Joining Immediate joiners preferred Send your resume to mourya myseeds in Job Type Full time Pay From 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Ability to commute relocate Kompally Hyderabad Telangana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s How many years of Dynamics 365 Business Central Tally Experience do you have Experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central 5 years Required Language Telugu Hindi English Required Location Kompally Hyderabad Telangana Required Work Location In person
