Job Summary The Drone Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing day-to-day drone operations to ensure safe compliant and efficient execution of projects This role acts as a key link between pilots clients regulatory bodies and internal teams ensuring operations are aligned with DGCA regulations company SOPs and project timelines Key Responsibilities Operations Coordination Plan schedule and coordinate drone missions as per project requirements Allocate drone pilots equipment and resources efficiently across projects Monitor daily flight operations to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards Coordinate with field teams for site readiness permissions and logistics Compliance Regulatory Ensure all drone operations comply with DGCA regulations and local aviation laws Maintain documentation related to flight permissions UIN UAOP insurance and logs Coordinate with regulatory authorities for approvals and compliance updates Ensure pilots hold valid certifications and licenses Safety Risk Management Implement and monitor safety protocols and standard operating procedures SOPs Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks and ensure incident reporting Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures Support safety audits and internal compliance reviews Documentation Reporting Maintain flight logs mission reports and operational records Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports Track equipment usage maintenance schedules and asset inventory Client Stakeholder Coordination Act as a point of contact for clients regarding operational planning and execution Coordinate with internal departments such as sales GIS data processing and quality teams Ensure timely delivery of project outputs as per client expectations Training Support Support onboarding and coordination of new drone pilots and operators Assist in training programs related to operations safety and compliance Provide operational guidance to pilots during missions Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree or diploma in Aviation Engineering Operations Management or a related field DGCA drone-related certification or knowledge of DGCA drone rules preferred 2-5 years of experience in drone operations aviation operations or field project coordination Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of drone operations and aviation safety practices Familiarity with DGCA regulations and airspace restrictions Excellent coordination planning and organizational skills Solid communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools Preferred Skills Experience in mapping surveying inspection or industrial drone applications Knowledge of GIS photogrammetry or data processing workflows Experience handling multi-location or large-scale drone projects Working Conditions Field-based role with frequent travel to project sites Flexible working hours depending on operational requirements Exposure to outdoor environments and flight operations Performance Metrics Compliance with safety and regulatory standards Timely execution of drone missions Accuracy and completeness of operational documentation Client satisfaction and project delivery timelines Interested candidates can share your CV to hr magicmyna in Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
