Job description Job Title Senior Architect Location calicut kerala Job Type Full-time Experience 3-5 years Reporting to Architecture Manager Director Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead and manage high-profile projects The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a minimum of 15 projects with experience in designing and executing projects ranging from 6 000 to above 10 000 square feet The role requires excellent design technical and leadership skills with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget Key Responsibilities 1 Project Leadership - Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction - Develop and implement project timelines budgets and resource allocation - Coordinate with clients consultants and contractors to ensure project success 2 Design and Technical - Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions for complex projects - Prepare and present design proposals reports and presentations - Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and Kuwaiti standards 3 Project Execution - Oversee site visits monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent - Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve design and technical issues - Review and approve shop drawings material submissions and contractor proposals 4 Team Management - Lead and mentor junior architects and designers - Provide guidance and support to ensure team success - Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment 5 Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and consultants - Contribute to proposal preparation and business development activities Requirements - Bachelor s Master s degree in Architecture - 1- 5 years of experience as an Architect with a minimum of 15 projects completed - Experience in managing projects ranging from 6 000 to above 10 000 square feet - Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite - Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills - Willingness to travel frequently - Valid Architect license registration preferred Preferred Qualifications - Experience with BIM Building Information Modeling - Knowledge of Kuwaiti building codes and regulations - Experience with international projects and clients - LEED Green Building certification Salary and Perks Competitive salary and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
