We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual Tester to assess software quality through manual testing processes The role involves reviewing requirements creating test cases executing test plans and identifying defects to ensure a high-quality product delivery Key Responsibilities Analyze software requirements user stories and functional specifications Create test plans test scenarios and detailed test cases Perform various types of testing functional integration regression and UAT Identify report and track defects using bug-tracking tools like Jira Bugzilla Collaborate closely with developers QA leads and business teams for issue resolution Perform retesting and regression testing after fixes Prepare detailed test reports and maintain proper documentation Support basic API database testing when required Ensure product quality by following QA processes and guidelines Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field 1-4 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing Good understanding of SDLC and STLC Strong knowledge of test case design and defect lifecycle Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries Strong written and verbal communication skills Job Types Full time Permanent Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Manual Tester 1 year Preferred Location Ambala Haryana Preferred Work Location In person
