Process Requirement We re looking for a Product Trainer who doesn t just know skin science but can translate it with confidence clarity and conviction Someone who can walk into a salon or clinic and instantly elevate how therapists think treat and recommend because they re representing not just a brand but their own credibility as a solid skin expert In this role you ll become the face of AMINU across our professional partners Your impact will show up in the way teams are trained treatments are delivered conversations are held and home care is recommended You will be the person who strengthens knowledge builds trust and helps therapists feel empowered to deliver more effective more meaningful results to clients If you re curious about going deeper into skin science passionate about guiding others and excited to build long-term relationships with salons and clinics we d love to have you on our team How do we wish to build this role with you Conducting demos of Aminu treatments products with key stakeholders of any prospective salon partner Responsible for training in particular regions clients assigned Coordinating with the sales team across the assigned region Working on a planned schedule for the training of existing new clients and taking full responsibility for the completion of training Coordinating all training programs with the Senior Training Manager Meeting with prospective clients as and when arranged by the Senior Training Manager Sales Team Knowledge or Experience in Good communication skills and a People person Ability to travel regularly because this role requires in-person visits to the partnered salons clinics Self-driven and takes ownership of responsibilities Is a problem solver adaptable to the idea of a start-up environment Passionate about working in the skincare industry A deep understanding of skin skin concerns and skincare is essential CIDESCO certification is essential Experience Duration 1-2 years of experience We are okay with having freshers on board too as long as there is a foundation of skin science and hands-on experience with delivering facial treatments Before you apply please research a little about AMINU and what we bring to the table as a brand https www aminu life We are looking for confident individuals who are willing to unlearn and relearn along the journey of building AMINU Locations that we are open to exploring as the base Bangalore Mumbai How to go about your application Fill in the application here Wait for us to revert to you on your application There will be 3 rounds of interviews to decide fitment in the team The joining date can be immediate as well We work Monday to Saturday a 6-day week helps us keep up with our fast-growing pace Work timings 10 AM to 7 PM This is by nature an on-field role and you will need to travel for this role Please apply only if you are okay with travelling at least once a week
