Role: Human Resource Apprentice
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (Head Office)
Stipend: 15,000/month
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) for campus hiring activities.
- Support end-to-end campus recruitment drives and hiring events.
- Maintain and update campus databases, candidate trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and executing campus engagement initiatives, webinars, and branding activities.
- Support documentation and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Gain exposure to HR operations, compliance, and statutory processes related to apprenticeships.
- Perform other HR-related activities as assigned by the team.
