Role Overview

The Head of Design will lead the global design function across brand communications, customer experience, Visa Application Centre environments, digital platforms, events and corporate marketing requirements.

The role requires a senior design leader who can combine creative direction with solid operational management, stakeholder engagement and brand governance. The position will manage high volume, multi-market design requirements while ensuring quality, consistency, speed and practical execution across physical and digital customer touchpoints.

The role will function as an internal creative partner to Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Product, Client Government teams and senior leadership.
