- Design and develop architectural plans, layouts, and designs for various projects using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, etc.
- Create detailed construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting deadlines.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress of ongoing construction work.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in architectural design or related field.
- Proficiency in creating architectural drawings using CAD software like AutoCAD or Revit.
- Robust understanding of DCPR 2034 guidelines for building codes in Delhi NCR region.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
