- Develop and maintain financial plans, forecasts, and reports to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in financial processes and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Provide expert guidance on Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) compliance.
Job Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles within the insurance industry.
- Solid background in FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) or similar function.
- Proficiency in Associate Vice President Financial Planning and Analysis software tools.
