About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Manager with an MBA in Finance and strong hands-on experience (3-4+ years) in financial analysis, modeling, foreign exchange, risk management, and insurance to join our Accounts & Finance Division.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Perform strategic analysis of company financial decisions and future business plans.
- Provide guidance and insights on financial implications of major business decisions.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare, review, and interpret financial reports, forecasts, and models.
- Monitor performance against financial targets and drive actionable insights.
- Financial Modeling
- Build and maintain robust financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Support long-term financial planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Risk & Foreign Exchange Management
- Identify, assess, and manage financial, operational, and market risks.
- Oversee foreign exchange exposure and ensure appropriate hedging strategies.
- Insurance & Compliance
- Manage all facets of corporate insurance (property, liability, employee benefits).
- Work with brokers to ensure optimized coverage and cost control.
- Cash Flow & Treasury
- Monitor and oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning.




- Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams on daily treasury functions.
- Stakeholder Interaction
- Regularly meet with department heads to update financial performance and guide decision-making.
- Provide finance support to cross-functional teams and business units.
- Back-office & Controls
- Ensure strong internal controls and accurate accounting practices.
- Oversee month-end/year-end close activities and audit coordination.

Required Skills / Experience

- MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 3-4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, FP&A;, risk management (manufacturing domain preferred).
- Expertise in financial analysis & modelling, Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software/ERP.
- Strong understanding of foreign exchange, cash flow management, and insurance needs of a mid-sized enterprise.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with strong decision-making capabilities.
